The Sooner State Chapter of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers is proud to host two sessions:

Scott Randolph,

System Engineer, Cisco

 Scott was born and raised in Upstate New York. He spent 4 years in the US Air Force. After serving his country, he returned to NY as a Broadcast Engineer at an ABC Affiliate.

After leaving the broadcaster, he worked for Time Warner Cable for the next 12 years, starting as a Maintenance Technician and then was promoted to Headend Technician. During this time he completed his BS in Electrical Engineering.

After working for the service provider he ventured into the vendor space as a Transport Engineer with Phillips Broadband (formerly Magnavox).

Next, he was off to LA ("Lower Alabama") as a Senior Technical Operations Manager for Mediacom Cable. After 2 years he was moved up to Divisional Headend Engineer responsible for 21 Master Headends across a six state Region.

Scott is currently a Systems Engineer for the equipment vendor Cisco Systems (formerly Scientific Atlanta), supporting the Video and RF products for the last 5½ years.

He is an SCTE Member.
